Cream Cheese Icing Under Fondant? Mission Impossible?

HI Cake People!

I need some serious help, I opened my big mouth and got myself in to some trouble.

I need to add a cream cheese frosting on a strawberry cake but this cake has to be covered in fondant and its a stalked cake. The strawberry tier is the middle tier.is and it cant be refrigerated ! is there any hope for me !? Please help!!!

1st: d'you mean 'stacked'? 2nd:you can use cc filling on the inside instead of frosting on the outside and fulfil your obligation. 3rd: it's not a problem using cc frosting; I've done it before.

Do you plan to cover the cake with fondant?
