I was wondering if anybody has ever made a pair of (black) lace gloves..I am so needing to know how to even begin making a pair or something similiar to it... All of your input is welcomed.

Thanks in advance

Hi Torri,

Here are two possibilities for using SugarVeil Icing to make the gloves: (1) Color SugarVeil with black powdered color and spread across the Rose Mantilla Confectioners' Mat (shown here: http://www.sugarveil.com/mat/sugarveil-mat.htm), or (2) grease a sheet of parchment paper and using a parchment cone (or piping bag fitted with the smallest tip possible), place this pattern http://www.sugarveil.com/pdfs/lace_cake.pdf under the parchment and trace by piping with SugarVeil: Allow to set, then cut with small scissors into the shape of gloves. Please let me know if I can be of further help - thank you!
