Hi, all Aussie cake decorators. I am coming to Australia for Christmas & would like to buy lots of cake decorating stuff, could you please guide me to the best shops to do so.

I would also like to hone my skills in using a spray gun, various techniques & tips, so if anyone knows of a class I can attend to learn, I would really appreciate it.
