AHello, I'm hoping to find some help :-) I have sculpted a cowboy hat out of RKT, covered it in modeling chocolate to help achieve a smooth surface and now want to cover that with fondant. My question is what to used under the fondant to help it adhere to the modeling chocolate? TIA!

Melt a bit of fondant or gum paste in water and brush it over the modelling chocolate to act as a glue.

I don't put anything on the modeling chocolate.  I find that the "wet" side of the fondant, the warmth of my hands, and the oils in the chocolate make the fondant stick just fine.
