I am trying to make white chocolate buttercreme And the recipe calls for "10%" what in the world is that? I've gone to the store and have only found heavy cream or half and half. Please help!!!!!

The 10% is probably refering to the milk fat content, which would be half and half going by: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cream
