Hi please could anyone help me . I ve bought topsy turvy cake tins square size 10,8 and 6 . But I ve no idea the quantities of mix I need in each tin . I'm making vanilla for the 10 inch , chocolate for the 8 and lemon for the 6 . I ve been all over the internet and can't find quantities at all , getting desperate icon_sad.gif thankyou . Debz xx

General rule of thumb is to fill each tin 3/4 of its depth.

Do the smallest first, then you will have some idea how the rest of the tins will fill up.

Fill each with water to the level where you'd fill with batter, then measure how much water you put in. That will give you the number of cups of batter you need for each.
