any suggestions on which way to go as far as LLC or Incorporate. I read a lot that says they are very similar but when it comes to taxes, yearly paperwork (shareholders, minutes) LLC is better. What do you all think with your experiences?

Usually LLCs are the best bet for a small business, they are easier to set up and run than an S-corporation or C-corporation. Once you set up your LLC it will be taxed as a sole prop by default (or a partnership for multi-member LLCs), but you can ask the IRS to tax your LLC as an S-corp or C-corp if you'd prefer.
