Does anyone know how i get a gold edge on rose petals or ruffles? I'd love to do attempt to do something like this beautiful Sophie Biffield Cake but have no idea how you get such a fine gold line on the edge of the ruffles

When i do this, i mix the gold(or whatever color) dust, with vodka and paint the edges with a small flat brush.

I like metallic gold airbrush color on the very edge of a small foam eye shadow applicator.
