hi all! I would love some input / recipes if needed please!
I have a lady who wants the macsmom cinnamon roll cake - Great!
She wants to incorporate apples and caramel if possible in either the filling frosting or both...
I am also decorating this cake w/ fondant on top covering it completely w/ decorations..
I have mixed the caramel sauce w/ buttercream and used as filling before...
but never anything w/ apples...
Caramel buttercream w/ diced apples as a filling w/ cinnamon roll cake and vanilla buttercream / fondant - Do you think that will taste okay, or just too much??
Maybe putting the caramel as the frosting under the fondant... and just do a less sweet apple filling?
Im kinda stuck!
Any ideas would be awesome please!

Thanks! im going to try macmom's apple pie cake, with apple butter and cream cheese as the filling..and frost with caramel buttercream!
