Hi girls, I teach cakes in my country, I will Florida for vacation, and several people from there contacted me and requesting me to a kind of gelatin with three techniques: painting on gelatin, gelatin 3D, and gelatin filled with cake. the techniques are little known and very modern (.can see photos in my profile). I need your opinions, what would be a fair price for a class like this, if I put all materials and is a class 6 hours? thank for help! thumbs_up.gif

This is a working vacation? ... A 6-hour class can be upwards of $100; it depends upon several factors. I teach a 6-hour class through the Culinary Institute and the fee is $250. Students receive materials, a book, and a lovely lunch.

Add up your materials cost, rental for space, and don't forget your additional prep/clean-up time. Set a minimum number of students and see if you feel comfortable with your take-home amount.
