cookies, cake? My brother has a persimmon tree in his yard & I picked a few pounds of them, can't wait to try some new recipes! I've never had a persimmon though. The recipes I've looked @ seem to spice it up like a fall dessert. Any ideas would be helpful. Also, my mom has muscadines growing I can pick as well if you guys know anything about those, I tried my 1st one today! Thanks

I'd go with persimmon pie.
