Hello. I trust many people here at CC have made pirouette cakes. I have yet to try that, and have an event for Friday afternoon I am thinking of preparing one for. Do you think if I make it tonight and put it all together it will taste ok by Friday evening? Or, will it get really soggy? I plan on using nutella and chocolate frosting underneath. Thanks for your help.

Yeah, I ended up doing it the morning of. I was 5 hours short of getting everything done, because I had a class I had to go to and couldn't skip. BUt, oh well. It all went just fine! Thanks for your idea!
