Hello all. I have been asked to replicate this "floral" design into a wedding cake and would welcome any suggestions on the best way to achieve this look. I plan on using a 50/50 gum paste fondant mix. Thank you in advance for your help icon_biggrin.gif

In your case, I think you'd want to fold in enlarging circles to get that type of flower.

Thank you! That is what I was thinking, graduating the circle size and thinning the edge just to get some movement.

You could even cut long strips, then start going around in a circle, gathering as you go icon_smile.gif
