So, I used to go by mrsright41401 on here and its been about 2-3 years since I've done basically any cake decorating at all. That was right around the time that Crisco was changed and the few times I've played with buttercream I've had the weeping issue.
So... I need help! I'm sure with how ingenious all of you are that you've come up with solutions and I'm making 140 cupcakes tonight for work tomorrow. I'm considering just doing a swiss meringue buttercream on top of my cupcakes because flavor wise I think it might work better, but just out of curiosity's sake... what are we doing now?
Indydebi's bc recipe seems to help with the NTF issue. I buy Alpine which still comes with TFs.
