Hello,

Do you have any suggestions or tricks when scaling a recipe that yields 24 cupcakes down to only 6 (so 1/4 of the recipe)?
Im making a test batch of 4 different cupcakes so I only want to make a few samplers of each.

Thank you so much!!

Convert to grams and you can make any amount you want.

I did a conversion like scp suggested. I converted everything to grams and then divided accordingly. It's worked for me. Last week I took a recipe for cupcakes and scaled it down to 3 since I wanted just a few for my boyfriend and I. It worked!
