Someone has asked me to fill the top two tiers of a 3 tier cake with dreaded cannoli filling. Has anyone made a cannoli filling that really stands up nicely. I was thinking of adding dream whip to it to help stabilize it. Any thoughts or suggestions would greatly be appreciated!!!!
