Hi,
I am making a birthday cake and for the first time I am going to use Ganache for the crumb coat. The cake is going to be a 3 tier round and probably 24cm on the bottom tear
I was just wondering how much cream and chocolate I will need to cover this much cake?

Thank you. I'll have to wait till hubby gets home at the weekend to work it out. Can't edit the spreadsheet on this am iPad.
