Yup, fondant ribbon roses in a coffee color with coffee satin dust overlay then the lace might be a two piece stencil used with an airbrush or it could be a printed design on an icing sheet.

I'm pretty sure the lace stuff is sugarveil. I have never tried it but I can't wait too. You tube sugarveil it is awesome

The lace tiers are actual lace wrapped around the blue tiers and air brushed black. Love the cake!
