Is this dishwasher safe? I tried looking on their site but couldn't find anything. Thanks!

You DON'T want to put The Mat in the dishwasher. It'll ruin it between the heat and the detergent.
You condition it with a smear of crisco. Put it in the dishwasher and you lose the benefit of the conditioning.
All you need to do is to wipe it off with a paper towel and roll it up.

exactly what Rae (BlakesCakes) said...plus, you don't even have to wash it after every use. if you use an old wrapping paper holder you can just put the side you use together and roll them up. I have even heard of others writing on one side so you know which is which
