I have request for a low sodium cake. Can I use nu-salt in place of regular salt i the white cake recipe? I used salt balance w 25% less and seemed to be ok, however client is wanting less...I am not sure if it will compromise the integrity of the cake. I was using the White wedding cake recipe posted on here. Help please!

Does any one have a great wedding cake recipe that is low sodium?

I have been on an extremely low sodium diet for the past 5 years. I use a salt substitute for all my baking....breads, cookies, cakes, and I have never noticed any difference in flavor or consistency of whatever I was baking. I have also served these items to family and friends and no one has noticed any difference. Hope this helps you.
