I've been picked to do a mini cooper cake for a 50th birthday. The recipient also has 2 chow dogs that I would like to add. I've search and search for visuals but haven't found anything. Do anyone have any info that can help me with the concept of molding out a chow?

I found coloring pages or simple black and white simplified designs found on-line quite helpful when trying to make a figure of a particular subject I've never done, seen or that is not so common. The artist who designed it has already done part of the work for you in fact - at least the basic shapes, proportions, some details - you can see all this more clearly in a simplified sketch than in a photo. For finishing touches refer to the actual photos (colour and texture of the fur, eyes, nose and more details). HTH
