I was wondering if anyone can tell me how to make the ice cream cone stands on the cake from the Wilton 2012 yearbook.

For the cake on the cover? There are directions on page 121 on the right side of the page under Decorating Techniques...

They are supported by using the 2 1/2" globe separators from Wilton. Like she ^^^ said, all of the directions are in the Wilton yearbook. I made one for my granddaughter's birthday. It was a tall as she was!
