Fondant Problem

i am from India and i have worked with fondant and sugarpaste before....chocolate fondant works great for me...but the white fondant is a problem.....i use chocolate truffle icing as my base coat before the fondant....the fondant discharges water....the same happened when i tries to make a tiara out of gumpaste...i don't know why this happened...plz help....
i make the fondant and gumpaste at home (vegan)
plz urgent help required...

Are you refrigerating the fondant?
What kind of fondant (marshmallow fondant or ???) Post the recipe.
Your gumpaste crown shouldn't "sweat". Not sure if that's what you mean by "discharges water"? I have not a clue what could be going on there.

i meant that my fondant sweats....no i do not refrigerate it...i use agar agar flakes....




thats the recipie i use....i have used it before and this has been happening to my fondant for the past two times.....the climate out here is a lil moist due to rains right now....i refrigerate the cake but thats not for more than 10 mins....
