Is It Okay To Put Decor On Cupcakes Now?

I have a mid-afternoon wedding this Saturday and am making 125 cupcakes and a 6-inch round for cutting. I already made the gumpaste flower toppers for each cupcake but if I put them on the cupcakes' buttercream tonight is it going to disintegrate by Saturday? I won't have time tomorrow/Friday night

I would just get up half an hour early and put them on the cupcakes on Saturday...They probably wouldn't dissolve unless they were in a sealed box, but you never know.
