Since I can't get Rich's or Bettercream where I live, I decided to try a recipe (not sure if it's out there already or what) and make my own. Let me know what you think if you make it.

1 carton of WM brand Heavy Whipping Cream
1 small box Jello Brand sugar-free White Chocolate instant pudding mix

I used my KA to whip it all up together, starting with the cream and then adding the pudding when it was starting to get thick. Speed on 5-6. You will see it actually thicken up, it tastes awesome.

I made scratch strawberry cc's this morning with chunks of strawberry in the recipe, and then piped this on top. OMG, heavenly!!!!

Just thought I'd share.

I think WM stands for Wal-Mart??

I've made this before with Jello regular white chocolate pudding and a pint (2cups) of heavy cream, can't remember the brand...
Absolutely delicious!

You can do the samething with 2 cups Frostin Pride or Bettercream and one small box of instant pudding. Can be left out at room temp for up to five days.
