Hi I wondered if anyone had any tips for transporting iced cookies. I don't need to wrap them individually or post them. I just need a way to stack them all up to drive them to the venue to set up. I have 60 ranging from 3.5 inches to 7 inches!! icon_confused.gif Hope you can help.

Are they iced with royal icing or buttercream

If royal icing, just take a large tin or two, put in a layer of the cookies, place some wax paper or sandwich paper ontop and put in the next layer, continue till full, no need to chill at all, or have you seen the cookies in supermarkets in the freezer or cooler before?

Yes by iced I just meant with royal icing! They don't need to be chilled i just wondered if anyone had a tips on layering without risk of the design being crushed. Or if there are particular boxes or systems for stacking that are easy to use?
