Hi!

I'm brand new on this website so do excuse me if I don't do anything correctly.

I'm from Cambridgeshire, England and just love making cakes. I really want to get creative and build some spectacular structured cakes but can't see to find many books that cover this subject. I know how to do tiered and stacked cakes and have done quite a lot of 3D shaped cakes now and want to move on to the next level as it were.

Does anybody have any suggestions of any books that are particularly useful?

I don't know of any books but this site has great tutorials and I also go to youtube A lot.
