Traditional Buttercream Recipe Or Meringue Buttercream

Hello everyone,
I was just wondering if it's tastier and easier to use meringue buttercream for filling as well as decorating or just the traditional wilton buttercream recipe? I have no idea how the meringue buttercream tastes or looks like so I really appreciate any input!

I think you would have to decide this for yourself. Make a batch of meringue buttercream and see how you like it. I wouldn't say that making it is easier than Wilton buttercream though. I found it a bit daunting the first time I made it but after making it so much it is easy peasy.
