My latest frustration is with the different sizes of cupcake pans, mostly with "minis". I recently ordered a bulk amount of liners for my mini pans. My purple liners were slightly too big but ended up working out well. I just opened the brown ones and they are way too big for what I call my mini pan (top diameter: 1 3/4 in, wall: 3/4" and bottom diameter 1 1/8"). They actually fit a pan that my mom had. This one is a mini calphalon pan (bott 1 1/2 " diameter, wall 1" and top 2"). What do you use for your mini cupcakes? The smaller pan I have is great for when we do events and need to pass out samples but I think the larger pan is closer to what bakeries sell as mini. Any thoughts?

Thanks!
Ali

I have the William Sonoma gold touch mini pans. They are super mini. I ended up ordering from qualitapaper. I think the minimum order is $50. If you want I can look back at just what size I ordered. I did a lot of measuring and remeasuring.
