Please..... i need help on assembling a 7 t ier cake. Just need some help or tips on good structure for assembling a cake this big. Is my first BIG cake. I'm excited and can't wait to get it together.

Use SPS!! It's a locking plate and collum system that basically secures each cake to the plate holding the cake under it. A bit less complicated than I just made it sound, lol! Leah is our resident expert and I think there's a good tutorial in the how to sticky.

The best tip is to use a level on each tier individually and then each time you stack a tier use the level again. The smallest bit of unevenness at the bottom will translate to a lot of unevenness at the top.
