Cake N Bake is cute. Sugar Lips, I agree, is stripperish. Best of luck to you, it takes a long time sometimes to find the right name!

"Cakes N Bakes" is already a registered trademark for a retail bakery so I would advise against anything too similar.

Whatever you do PLEASE don't choose Sugar Lips Bakery. I actually went "ewww" when I read that and thought of some nasty uncle puckering up and making googly eyes at the ladies. icon_lol.gif

The one I'm thinking of for my cake business came from a drawing my granddaughter likes to do. I just looked it up in the link jason_kraft put in his post (thanks very much!) and it would seem that it isn't registered in the US. Good start. Let's just hope it's not registered in Mexico, where I'll be working, either!

When in doubt, Google the name and see if anything comes up. I tell my husband to do this when his band decides to change their name for the hundredth time.
