I have a request to make this Power Ranger cake. I think it is by Maryn on CC here. It will be covered in BC with fondant accents. Based on my calculation, I am thinking $120 for 50 servings. Is that a good price or am I charging low or high? TIA!

there are soooo many things that contribute to pricing - location; your expertise; what others in your area are charging.....it's almost impossible for us to tell you what to charge.
BUT......I'd say you are much too low! One should be getting somewhere in the range of $3 to $5 per serving for a sculpted cake.

thanks kakeladi! Yes, agree about the factors involved but just wanted to get an idea.

The head of the cake is a styrofoam wig head form so no sculpting involved there. The shoulders/bust are made of round cakes.

I still think the price is a bit low but it's up to you. Maybe others will chime in and you'll get a better idea since I no longer sell cakes.
