Hi I am new to this site and also to cake decorating and I am in need of some help! My sons birthday is coming up on may 12 and I am doing a mickey mouse themed cake for him and i have been debating back and forth whether to use buttercream or fondant. I would like to use fondant because it looks much nicer but don't like the taste of regular fondant. I seen a post about white chocolate fondant from someone but I cant find it again and was wondering if someone would be nice enough to share it with me. This is only my second cake and would really appreciate the help. Thanks

Check out this recipe. It gives information about adding chocolate about halfway down the page.

You can always knead flavoring into fondant. I did it all the timeicon_smile.gif Usually butter and/or vanilla extract. Just add a few drops at a time, until you think it smells goodicon_smile.gif
