Am working on my second, third and fourth. The second feels like the first coz the first never made it to the hotel. Wedding was canceled. Bride did not manage to get visa on time from abroad. In our world brides celebrate with fruit cake so things are easier. Three tiers out of five are already baked for end June wedding. Will start covering 3 wks before wedding date. Am working on the flowers. Will place them one week before wedding.
The next one will be august but due to budget it won't be fruit cake. Worse it will be 5 crocodiles. A parent and babies. Am thinking of carving and freezing from 2wks prior but we have this elecricity situation in our country so not sure how I will pull this off. I may have to take a week off work towards.
Early september fruit cake. Will bake cakes in June.
