Hi All

I would like to purchase a pasta machine to help with rolling out the fondant for my cookies. Anyone have any suggestions on one they've used and loved it?

Thanks in advance.

If you have a Kitchenaide mixer, get the pasta rolling attachment. Since it's electric, you don't have to crank it and have both hands free. Of course, you cannot roll out fondant to cover a cake - - you need a fondant sheeter to do that. The pasta rolling attachment will roll out strips up to 5.5" wide.

As rgraboski said - if you have a KA mixer then i highly recommend the Pasta attachment....ensures that your Fondant is of even height ever time....plus whilst it is *rolling* you are hands free to feed and collect the fondant.

It is an expense....but well worth it in the long run - from fondant being an even thickness to delectable home made pasta icon_wink.gifthumbs_up.gificon_smile.gif
