Can anyone tell me how I can keep my airbrushed gumpaste flowers from staining my fondant cakes? Would it help to steam tham as well like you do with flowers colored with petal dust?

I would think that steaming airbrushed flowers would just make them wet again.... Any words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!

The easiest way would be to not spray the part of the flower that's going to touch the cake! Don't steam them, that's done to set powder color and you don't need to do it if it's a liquid color sprayed on the flower.
