Looking for cake filling recipes which does NOT need refridgeration & can be kept at room temp for 3-4 days. So far I have been using only 2-3 recipes (Strawberry Mousse with fresh strawberry chunks, Mango Mousse with canned Pineapple chunks & Chololate Fudge).. All the time I keep it in refridgerator but this time Color Flow recipe says your cake needs to be at room temp to use the colorflow patterns to be kept on it else it'll bleed..
Hmm.. What recipe should I go for.. Don't want to risk.. Its a 175 people big event party & I'm making 2-tired (16" & 12" squares)
From your choices I think the one you need to stay away from is the Strawberry. The other two should be fine.
I take it you want to make your own fillings rather than buy the sleeved......
