I am a hobby baker and I have taken beggining, intermediate, and advanced cake decorating classes from a local bakery... Are there any other places or bakeries in Oklahoma that offer classes?? I am looking for more fondant/gumpaste classes that deal with flowers and or figures.. I have seen the wilton courses but I am looking for classes that will teach like one or two full day classes and teach several flowers at once... HELP

Where in OK are you from? I too would like a class in flowers and other sugar work. I've only taken one class and it was a 2 hour buttercream class. I did learn a few piping skills but it was not very in depth.
