Check out carinascupcakes.co.uk - she has advice and even offers posting kits. You can also buy the plastic pods from thecakedecoratingcompany in the UK. I bought some from them but my cupcake liners are a tad too high to get the lid properly closed so don't buy loads until you know yours fit! Good luck!
