How do I get the fondant not to stick to the cutters when I am using small metal cutters? I dust the cutter in powered sugar before cutting but it still sticks to the cutter and I have to use something to push it loose.

I use cornstarch. I don't really have a problem. What are you cutting, if I may ask?

After you cut your shape out you can pop it into the freezer for a few min. and it should pop right out. Hope this helps ...

You can cover the fondant with a piece of plastic wrap so it can't get stuck in the cutter.

When I am going to use small cutters I usually roll my fondant out pretty thin and let it air dry for a bit before cutting. That seems to stop the sticking.
