Some recipes ask for egg whites only...would anyone know what is the equivalent of a whole egg (white only), to a store bought carton of only egg whites? Say 6 egg whites = ?? (TBSP) to egg whites in cartons.
Thanks!!

HI, i am looking at a carton of all whites. It says 3 tbs. of this liquid whites equals whites of 1 large egg. One third cup equals whites of 2 lg. eggs and three fourths cup equals whites of 4 large eggs. hth
