Could be from condensation. How long was it in the freezer?

Ok, 20 mins is not that long, Do you microwave it before rolling it out? And if so was it still warm to touch?

Do you brush on any liquid on the buttercream right before covering with the fondant?

Another thought, how high is the humidity where you are at?

All of these can be factors. Sorry I can't give you a straight answer, but trying to help you understand.

Probably condensation.

You must have a really cold freezer!

Try putting it in for only 10 mins. or just in the fridge for 20 mins. You should find much less sweating.
