Hi, can anyone tell me where to get or how to make this stand?

assuming price is not an object it looks like it is just three sheets of plexiglass attached to a pole of some sort. Below is a link to crystals that resemble the ones in the pic. Finding plexiglass that is thicker than what you would use for a picture frame may be a little difficult (and costly).

I myself would make hollow wooden boxes that attach to a dowel. Paint everything white and then add the crystals. The white should trick the eye into thinking the bases are thinner than they really are.
