This is only my third fondant cake, but being underemployed and knowing that there aren't bakeries around me for miles and miles that sell fondant cakes, has me daydreaming about starting a cake business at some point. I am curious what a cake like this would go for. Like I said, I still have lots to learn so any suggestions are welcome as well.
The cake is a 9", 2 layer marble cake with chocolate buttercream frosting.

I was also wondering if there is such a thing as decorating pen or marker. The lego guy's faces would have been easier with something like that.

Ramara, I'm no help on the pricing, but yes there are edible food pens. You can find them at Michael's (Wilton has some) or buy them online from Americolor.

For pricing, figure out how much it costs you to make the cake, then add on what you'd like to make per hour and how much your overhead is.
