So i am making a cake next saturday and the lady asked me for red velvet cake with banana filling???!!! has anyone tried this combo? I am scared it will not taste good and they will think it was the baking rather then the odd combo????

I have not tried it. I personally do not think it will go well, but I always give my customers what they want. However... sometimes we need to educate them first.

Is she familiar with rv. You may need to ask and then let her know that rv while it has the flavor of chocolate, it also has a twang taste from the vinegar.

If she says yes, she understands then just go ahead and give it to her and don't worry about it.
