I am getting ready to purchase some food coloring (a bigger quantity than I have). I have used wilton paste so far and just buy the little jars as I need them but am not satisfied with some colors especially red, black, burgandy,etc. I have seen many others that have deep colors and don't know how they do it. Can people please offer their oppinion as to which brand they prefer(americolor, bakers choice,etc) for color richness and one that hopefully doesn't affect the taste of the icing. I mainly use a buttercream icing. THanks so much.
