I need advice before my brain explodes! So I was asked yesterday to make a cake for Saturday for a benefit wrestling match (proceeds go towards the family of a young man who was killed in a tragic accident) so its kind of a big deal and I want the cake to not be complete crap. So they want a wrestling ring cake and I want to make 2 figures one to represent each of the men wrestling.

My dilemma .. should I use a gumpaste/fondant mixture I need these to stand up on the cake and I need them to be dry by Saturday. Should I try to use rice krispies in the legs or will they be okay? Also one of the guys wears a mask that resembles the American Flag do you think it would be easier to paint? I have never tried to make figures before and I am freaking out even though its a donated cake I still want it to be good.
