I live in Las Vegas we have dry climate, I made marshmallow fondant this week but I had a lot trouble, anybody have a fondant recipe that i can work in dry climate?
Try Michelle Fosters Fondant if that's not what you used. It is in the recipe section. If I am having problems with fondant getting really dry I usually knead it by hand a little longer when I first make it, working crisco in as I go.HTH
I feel your pain! I made marshmallow fondant and tried to cover a cake in a very dry room. It kept tearing and tearing. And I would reknead over and over... The cake was due that day and I had a groom's cake, too. I started panicking and crying, lol. Looking back, I know that some glycerine would've made a huge difference. But now I use Michele Foster's fondant. I have never looked back!

Rylan who is An incredible cake artist (google art and appetite to get his website) lives in Las Vegas, he uses Jennifer Dontz's semi homemade fondant. You have to buy her DVD off her website to get her recipe.
