I love the cupcakes in this photo and wondering if anyone knows where to buy letter embossers or anything similar that may had been used for these cupcakes? I searched high and low but couldn't find them.
Can someone please point me in the right direction? TIA!

I believe it is a Patchwork Cutter/Embosser. Like the ones on this page:

I think the letters are gently pressed into the fondant/gum paste and just left like that.
