Can anyone please help me or advise how I can do this effect with chocolate. I have a wedding cake to do for the 15 March that needs to look like this, like the chocolate is spiralling up the cake!!!! But I am not sure how to do this and totally freaking out

I can do a normal simple chocolate collar.

Is this one working from the inside out and just adding layers?

I have searched for videos on how to do this effect but no luck icon_cry.gif [/url]

Just make two bands for each tier that start low and become taller than the cake is and wrap. Let the ends overlap &/or cover the 'seam' w/the panel that's shown in that pic.
Depending on what size the cakes are you maybe can do it w/one band - especially on the smallest tier of course.
